[He’d found the whole box-top thing funny as hell at first. Regret wasn’t something Pokey ever did that often, and he hadn’t seen much reason to regret it this time either. People were, as far as he was concerned, terrifyingly stupid and unreliable, deserving of what ever pain they brought on themselves. And, truth be told? Most of them were funny. He hadn’t had a hard time laughing at the pain and suffering of the people here at all, especially since most of them didn’t seem to realize they deserved what they’d gotten.
But some of them he hadn’t been able to laugh at. And that bothered him. It showed he was getting weaker, and he couldn’t afford that. He had to remember that no one else mattered here except himself, and the only reason he was even trying to work with others was because it allowed for a better chance of survival. That was all. He didn’t have any possible ulterior motives.
And his thought process would pretty much go on like that indefinitely, constantly reminding himself that he was still an entirely solitary creature and that he didn’t want friendship to any degree. He was so absorbed in his constant attempt to remind himself of this that he didn’t realize it when he bumped into another, smaller child, skittering back a little after first bumping in to whoever it was and frowning.]
“Hey twerp. Watch where you’re-“
[He pauses for a moment, just looking at the boy. It takes him a moment to realize it’s Gash, or Gash Bell, or whatever stupid name the kid called himself. Usually, the runt was wearing those stupid clothes and cape he’d gotten back awhile ago. Instead, the kid was wearing the usual drone clothing. And his eyes….
Pokey glared at the boy, his voice taking a slightly more dangerous tone.]
“What are you doing?”
”I’m very sorry. I should have watched where I was going.”
[Pokey’s jaw dropped open, just looking at Gash as the smaller boy stood back up and dusted himself off in amazement. That…he couldn’t have heard that right.]
“What did you just say to me?”
”I’m sorry, did I say something wrong?”
“But…that…that isn’t the way you talk! Where’s your…you know…your boundless enthusiasm and that stupid word you put at the beginning or end of everything you say? Unu or whatever?”
”I’m afraid I don’t understand what you’re asking me. I’ve never talked that way.”
“Yes you have! What is wrong with-“
[And now it finally clicks for him. He’s been droned. Gash…has been droned? Pokey knew that droning was random, but Gash? He didn’t think the kid could have done something worth droning even by accident. Why him?
For awhile, Pokey just stood there in stunned silence, watching Gash’s drone eventually walk away and disappear. .
…It’s not like it really mattered, after all. He was just a stupid kid he’d known for a month. That didn’t mean anything. He didn’t care what happened to the stupid little squirt. Not at all. In fact, he didn’t care so much, he was going to go out and have some fun.
Returning to his house, he looked around in the garage until he found an aluminum baseball bat that was buried along with all the other kids’ sports equipment. He swung it a few times, testing the heft for a moment before heading outside.]
As you go about your day today, you’re going to find a very quiet, very sullen looking Pokey trudging around the streets carrying an aluminum baseball bat with him. Feel free to try and stop and talk with him to see what on Earth he’s doing.
Or, you can wait and see for yourselves when he uses the baseball bat to go ape shit on a cars windows. He’s attempting to only aim for drone’s cars, but it’s not like he’s going to guess which car only belongs to a drone and which belong to you with perfect accuracy. So feel free to step in and try to stop him when the little idiot does this, try to talk sense into him, or just smack him around a bit. As usual, these fun and games are going to start on Pokey’s home street of Ricardo Street, but feel free to find him pulling this shit anywhere.
[tl;dr – Pokey is bummed that his little pal Gash has been droned, which is heaping problems on top of him along with the fact that he’s scared by the fact he’s becoming less of a sociopath and actually empathizing with people. So, having all the emotional maturity of a five year old, Pokey has decided to start breaking in car windows.]

And if someone has a problem, I'll smack them a bit too.

Pfft. Their fault for parking their car where I could see it.
