If you prepare enough for the risk, the danger posed by the risk becomes far smaller. With enough preparation and time to think things over, you can reduce the danger of a risk to nil.
And how would you prepare for this? Only thing I can see that would make sense is waiting to see what happens when someone mails their batch of boxtops in.
