I can't be the only one finding this hysterical, right? I mean you all do get what's going on?

It doesn't really matter which one we choose, we're getting used. It doesn't really matter if we pick Lucy or the Postman or whatever. We're just being screwed around with either way for the other to get what they want.

And you know? Even if we do pick the Postman? No guarantee we get to go home, or leave, or whatever. As far as we know what the guy summons may be something just to kill all of us. Lucy's a godawful little witch, but at least we know where we stand with her most of the time.

Really, I just think it's going to be awesome to see what happens next. So, which one of the two are you morons going to let yourself be tugged around by and side with?

However, concerning those calls, there is one thing that does not change, whether this is a con or not; That man let slip the names of those who voted against him. I believe we can determine that he, perhaps all of them, aim to break our unity with such tactics.

Of course he is. In doing so, he's going to try and solve the problem, if there is one to begin with. Personally, I think he's trying to start a lynch mob. He said he wanted a "dead Mayfield", after all. And if he can't get them to willingly leave, he'll get rid of them in a different way.

Personally, I think he's not going to send us home. More then likely, in order to get what he wants, it would be simpler to kill us. Why he needs everyone's acceptance for what he's going to do regardless, I don't know, and that bothers me. But it doesn't change what I believe.

This is not the first time they have tried to turn us against each other. The tactic is getting dull, but is a decent hint. To stir up mistrust accomplishes two things; to provoke violent lynchings and to break up unity among ourselves. As we have seen them to have the ability to cause chaos and violence without our help, I believe the unity of those trapped here to be the intended target.

That'd be the most likely reason. The people here are violent enough, but if they can increase that and cause us to aim it at each other even more? The better for them. Some people think its hard to fight a two-front battle. Sometimes it is. But when it's a battle of social control, its actually incredibly simple. You just have to pretend you're on the other ones side when you speak to them.

Or in this case, you provide a figure head for each side.

... By splitting the target of our anger into these many people, the battle for us becomes larger. Many of those they seem to rule Mayfield also fail to get along very well, at least on the outside, but none of them truly seem to be on our side.

Should giving us multiple enemies be their plan, then I might almost applaud them... It will certainly make it more difficult.

Tbey're going to try and wear us thin, both by splitting us apart and by trying to make it a war of attrition. If they can't win by splitting us apart, they'll wear us down.

Considering how easily everyone appears to be manipulated? It'll be incredibly difficult.

Hopefully not. I'll be honest that I'm not a "faith in other people" person. I just have faith in the behavior they usually show.
