'Cause this German guy on the phones said Wallachia was the one runnin' the whole thing. There might be others involved, too, but... right now, he's the main suspect.

It's nice knowing who the supposed leader is, but worthless if we don't know who else is working with him. We're also going to need to find some way to personally spy on him. Surveillance would be best, but technological surveillance. Not personal.

It shouldn't be impossible. I'd have to look around and, if need be, I may know a guy who could teach me to make one with really, really crummy stuff. But if I can find enough, I could probably manage it.

But I'm not promising anything. This depends both on the time I have to make something, and WHAT I have to work with.
